Leadership Development Programs

Leadership Development Programs are a great way for you to gain leadership skills and explore your career options. This is also an effective way to learn more about different companies, industries, and career opportunities while networking with employers. Programs include activities such as: workshops, team projects, mentorship, and networking with fellow students and professionals.

In addition to company hosted programs, BBA Career Services also offers many great programs that allow you to gain leadership skills, explore your career, and network with professionals through: the Career Shadowing Program, Target Your Future, McCombs Diversity Council, and BBA Women’s Council. The McCombs School of Business Office of Student Life also provides leadership programs: Leadership Program and LeaderShape.

Please see a list of employer hosted Leadership Programs below. Please contact Megan Fortson with additions to this list.
