Congratulations on your acceptance to a BBA Study Abroad program! This is an exciting time, and you're probably filled with anticipation and curiosity on what this cross-cultural experience will bring you. You may have a lot of questions about life abroad, how you will find housing, what the food and cultural norms are in your host country, how to get your passport and visa to enter the country, health and safety precautions, and what to pack for your time overseas.
Students who are accepted to Semester or Year-Long Exchange Programs are required to attend a pre-departure workshop that will address important information and final steps for students to study abroad. Accepted Exchange students can find all preparatory information, host school materials, visa information, health and safety information, and travel resources on the BBA International Programs Blackboard Community. Required UT forms and online orientation modules are located on the Study Abroad Portal, otherwise known as "My SAO." Any paper materials should be turned in to the Undergraduate Programs Office, CBA 2.400.
Students who are accepted to a BBA and MPA Summer Short-Term Programs can find a pre-departure timeline, supporting documents and immigration requirements for all the programs on this portion of our site. Any paper materials should be turned in to the Undergraduate Programs Office, CBA 2.400.
Note: For students enrolled in Short-Term International Programs, please refer to the SIP portion of our website.
