Event Information
Check in for the event will begin at 8:00 a.m. at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center Ballroom followed by a complimentary light breakfast with other families. The program will provide you the opportunity to learn about the many resources available to McCombs School of Business students. There will be information sessions presented by faculty, students and various offices and programs throughout the morning.

. Upon accessing the registration website, follow the link to register for McCombs events and purchase a parking pass, if needed .
We ask you to make a reservation for all family members (including UT students) attending this event to gain an accurate event count. Please note, tickets are not needed to attend and will not be distributed.

- 8:50-9:30 a.m. Career Services and Internship Panel
- 9:30-10:10 a.m. Faculty Panel
- 10:10-10:20 a.m. Break
- 10:20-11:00 a.m. Study Abroad Panel
- 11:00 a.m. - noon Senior/Student Life Panel

Texas Parents Check-In
We strongly encourage you to visit Family Weekend Check-In. You will be able to pick up a personalized packet which will include your very own schedule, any event tickets you have ordered and special instructions that may be required for certain events, a campus map, updated information regarding all events and much more. You will be able to ask questions, get information and purchase a TEXAS PARENTS membership or merchandise.
Friday, Oct. 21 – Noon-7 p.m. – Etter-Harbin Alumni Center (UTX)
Saturday, Oct. 22 – 8 a.m.-7 p.m. – Gregory Gym Plaza (GRE)
Texas Parents Parking
Attendees may order a Family Weekend parking card online, which will be available for pick-up at the entrance to the San Jacinto garage the day of the event. Staff members will be on hand during Friday and Saturday's check-in hours at the garage to distribute purchased parking cards. If you were unable to pre-purchase a parking card and would like to do so the day of, you may purchase two-day or three-day parking swipe cards at the garage's cashier station. If you will only be parking for a day, it is best to pay the garage daily fee on your way out. Anyone requesting handicapped parking may call the TEXAS PARENTS office in advance to set up parking.
