About the MBA Career Connections Fair

A kick-off to the McCombs fall recruiting season, the MBA Career Connections Fair is a great way for companies to visit with a large number of McCombs MBA students regarding internship and full-time opportunities.  This event is a traditional career fair in which students in formal business attire will meet employers at convention-style booths.   The McCombs MBA community looks forward to seeing you in September!

About the Networking Reception

The McCombs MBA Career Connections Networking Reception provides employers and the McCombs MBA students a great opportunity to meet and get to know each other in an informal setting over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.  The Networking Reception is a three hour meet and greet event.  It will be held on Thursday, September 20, from 5:30 pm - 8:30 p.m.  We look forward to seeing you there.

Driving Directions for the Career Fair

From IH-35 North
From the North Exit 235A from Interstate 35 toward MLK/19th St, continue to MLK and turn right. Continue down MLK to Red River St., turn right on Red River St., turn left onto Robert Dedman Dr. and enter into Manor Garage on the right.

From IH-35 South
From the South Exit 235A from Interstate 35 toward MLK/19th St, continue to MLK and turn left. Continue down MLK to Red River St., turn right on Red River St., turn left onto Robert Dedman Dr. and enter into Manor Garage on the right.

Career Fair - Parking

Parking passes will be provided during check-in to the employers who park in Manor.  Although you will receive a parking ticket when entering the garage, MBA Career Services will issue you a validate parking card which you will swipe when exiting the garage.

Career Fair - Unloading Area

There is a loading zone on the North side of the Recreational Sports Center. This entrance can be accessed from Dedman Street. The loading zone is between the Recreational Sports Center and Moncreif Field House.

The front main entrance to the facility is handicap accessible from San Jacinto. Elevators are located and accessible from each floor of the Recreational Sports Center. Also, the loading zone can be used as a handicap entrance/exit.  Please see map under “Directions & Parking: Career Fair”.

Note: Do not ship materials to The University of Texas at Austin or McCombs Career Services. We have no storage available for corporate materials.
