MPA Career Fair and Networking Reception
At the MPA Career Fair, you will have the opportunity to talk with traditional MPA students about internship and full-time positions and with fifth-year students about full-time opportunities within your organization. The 2013 MPA Career Fair will be held on August 23, and as a participant, you will also be able to register for a networking reception held the day before. Undergraduate Career Expo
The Undergraduate Career Expo, held each fall and spring, provides opportunities for employers to recruit BBA or third- and fourth-year MPA students for internships and full-time positions. The fall 2013 Undergraduate Career Expo will be held on September 11 from 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. For questions or more information, contact Rachel Rucker.
McCombs Global Career Fair
Are you looking for internationally minded students for internships and full-time opportunities? If so, the McCombs Global Career Fair provides the perfect venue. The fall 2013 event will be held on October 16. For information, contact Vinh Nguyen.
Etiquette Dinners
MPA career consultants lead the MPA Etiquette Dinner to teach students the "dos and don’ts" of proper business dining etiquette. Representatives of sponsoring organizations interact with MPA students throughout the meal and educate them about available career opportunities. The fall 2013 event will be held on

Industry Internship Program
The Industry Internship Program is a great way to build your campus visibility.
As a participating organization, you will be able to
- post positions through the McCombs Online Recruiting system
- hold campus interviews during a designated period in October
- attend an event dedicated to industry organizations as part of the Accounting Career Exploration course.
At the event you'll be able to speak to MPA students about exciting career options within your organization through mini-information sessions. The next event will be held on September 23, 2013. For more information, contact Vinh Nguyen.
MPA Mock Interviews
Enhance your company presence on campus while helping MPA students fine-tune their interviewing skills by participating in the Mock Interview Marathon, one of our most popular events. Held once each fall and spring semester, the Marathon is an event in which sponsors interview students for mock positions and provide valuable feedback. Career Panels
Throughout the year, MPA Career Services hosts a variety of employer and alumni panels on specific career paths and industry areas. If you would like to participate in a panel, please contact Jim Franklin.

Interviewing, business etiquette, resume writing and company research are among the topics MPA career consultants address at career workshops held throughout the year.
