If you are carrying display materials to the Expo, proceed to the loading zone located between RecSports and Montcrief-Neuhaus Athletic Center before parking. Following Robert Dedman Drive, you may unload materials at the loading zone driveway located to your left (on the north side of the UT RecSports Center). Volunteers will be available in the loading zone to assist you with your materials and to deliver the materials to your booth.

Please do not leave your vehicle unattended or parked. You may ask for a 15-minute parking permit upon registration check-in if you need to leave your vehicle unattended. The entrance can be accessed from Robert Dedman Drive. For additional information, refer to the Recruiter Information Packet.

Once you have unloaded your supplies, you may proceed to parking in the University parking garage. We recommend Manor Garage (MAG) as it is the closest. In the event that Manor garage (MAG) is full, Trinity Garage (TRG) and Brazos Garage (BRG) are also close to the UT RecSports Center. The loading zone, Manor Garage and Trinity Garage are indicated on the map in the Recruiter Information Packet. For additional garage locations, please visit the University Parking Garages website.
