Resume Books
Resume books offer an excellent method for reviewing a diverse spectrum of current McCombs students for more targeted recruiting efforts. Each McCombs career services team (BBA, MBA, MPA) manages the resume books for their specific student population.
Resume books are not available to third-party recruiters.
BBA Resume Books
Through our on-campus recruiting services, employers are able to review the resumes of current BBA students who are seeking full time and internship opportunities. In early September, the BBA Career Services team publishes BBA resume books (by major) for intern and full-time candidates.
To access BBA resume books,
login to our
On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) system. If you are new to our system, you will need to register an account in order to gain access to this secure site. On the new account registration form, be sure to request "Resume Book" services (listed under services requested). Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email with logon/password. When logging in to OCR, review the “resume books” tab. Search for your desired major(s) resume books within the resume books listing. If you have a current account in OCR, but do not have access to resume books, please contact your
Recruitment Account Manager.
MPA Resume Books
The MPA Resume Books include searchable resumes of current MPA students who are seeking full-time and internship opportunities. The
MPA Career Services team publishes and manages MPA resume books.
To access MPA resume books,
login to our

MBA Resume Books
MBA resume books are designed to help you find students who fit your company needs based on work experience, student organization affiliation, foreign language skills, etc. Resume books also give you the opportunity to direct targeted corporate materials to students via email. The McCombs MBA resume books are available in both a searchable web based and hard copy format. Find top candidates in the resume books for the 1st and 2nd year Full-time MBA students and final year students from our working professional MBA programs. You can quickly identify and direct corporate materials to a targeted group of students by purchasing resume books and e-mailing students directly.
To access MBA resume books, login to Symplicity, our online recruiting system. If you are new to our online recruiting system, you will need to register an account in order to gain access to this secure site. On the new account registration form, be sure to request "Resume Book" services (listed under services requested). Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email with logon/password. When logging in to Symplicity, review the “resume books” tab. Search for your desired major(s) resume books within the resume books listing. If you have a current account in Symplicity, but do not have access to resume books, please contact your Recruitment Account Manager.
