Ultimate oversight responsibility for the Fund lies with its officers and advisory board.  

Fund Officers   

• Members of the McCombs finance faculty, including Professors Sheridan Titman, Jay Hartzell, and Greg Hallman, serve as the officers of the fund.  

Advisory Board  

• The advisory board will advise the portfolio managers and investment counselors (see below), primarily through biannual meetings, and will be composed of five outside directors and chairman.  The principal role of the advisory board will be to provide post-action review of the fund’s management, investment decisions and trading strategies. 
  

• The outside directors will consist of five senior real estate executives, ideally drawn from a wide variety of backgrounds within the broader real estate industry.  We are currently targeting REIT managers, buy-side executives, fund managers and investment bankers and at least one current member of the REFIC Executive Council.
