EPS Format Logos

EPS files are used by professional printers on brochures and promotional items, such as T-shirts and pens. They can be opened in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, as well as many other publishing software. If you don't have software to open one of these logos, you can see what they look like by opening a corresponding GIF or PNG. See the logo file nomenclature for file format abbreviations.

No distortions or modifications of the logo or logotype are permitted. The logo may not be used as a "design" element with other text or graphics.

Instructions for Downloading EPS Logos

See the logo file nomenclature. To download the logos to your computer, scroll down and select the logo.

On a PC, right-click on link next to the logo you want and select "save link as."

Note: These files will download as PS (postscript file). PS files can be opened with Adobe Illustrator and saved as an .eps or with Adobe Photoshop and saved as a TIF, EPS or JPG.

McCombs name of logo (Primary, Secondary, Academic)
Color mode-RGB (red, green, blue) for gif logos for Web and PNG logos for general documents, or 4CP (four-color process) or PMS (Pantone 159 or 7530)
REV (reversed)
TM (trademark symbol)

Color Specifications

Pantone values are: beige PMS 7530, burnt orange PMS159, PMS BlackC, PMS BlackU
CMYK values: beige C10, M18, Y25, K29; burnt orange C0, M65, Y100, K9
RGB values: beige R170, G156, B143; burnt orange R199, G91, B 18; black R0, G0, B0
Hex values are: beige aa9c8f; burnt orange c75b12, black 000000

Reverse Logos

For printed publications, the "mark" area of the logo must be in white.
For stitched promotional items, the logo outline may be in any of the brand palette colors: PMS 159 or 159 match, PMS 7530 or 7530 match, black or white. Printers will add the specific color.
Reverse logos have transparent backgrounds and may be placed on any background color. A colored layer on the logo file is for display only and must be removed prior using the logo.
