Taylor Brown is an accounting lecturer in the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and a senior solutions consultant with software company Sage Intacct.

She has worked as a solutions consultant with NetSuite and as a financial analyst with Social Solutions, both Austin-based software companies. Brown has also been a financial analyst with Amazon.

She volunteers with the Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and the Junior League of Austin.

Brown holds a BBA and MPA in accounting from Texas McCombs, where she was a member of Texas Lassos. Her first exposure to the accounting profession was through Texas McCombs’ Discover Yourself In Accounting Majors and Careers, a summer program for high school students.
