Jeff Dickerson teaches courses on business law and accounting ethics at The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.

Dickerson is the senior corporate lawyer at Branscomb Law, a business law firm with offices in Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi. At Branscomb Law, he specializes in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work, and he serves as outside general counsel to businesses in several industries, including refinery services, beverage distribution, oil field services, and physician practices.

Dickerson has received the highest rating (AV) from legal services network Martindale-Hubbell, and he is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for corporate law and in Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers for mergers and acquisitions.

He has also served on the board of directors for South Texas Public Broadcasting System Inc., the Corpus Christi PBS affiliate.

Dickerson earned a B.A. in English from UT, an M.A. in English from the University of Virginia, and a J.D. from UT.
