Eunjoo (EJ) Han is a doctoral student in Marketing (Consumer Behavior track) at Mccombs School of Business, The University of Texas at Austin. She received a BBA (a minor in Economics) and a M.S. in Marketing from Yonsei University, South Korea. She also has a two year work experience as a business consultant at Accenture.
Her research interests lie in goals and motivation. More specifically, she works on motivational effects of moods, individuals' motivation and performance in competitive goal pursuit, and prosocial motivation. Her dissertation aims to unravel interactive effects of mood and mindset on motivation in pursuit of a single goal (Essay 1) and on the allocation of resources in pursuit of multiple goals (Essay 2).
Eunjoo has papers under review at peer reviewed journals and her work has been presented at the Association for Consumer Research (ACR), the Society for Consumer Psychology (SCP), and the Society for Personality and Social Psychology (SPSP) conferences.
