Business Valuation
Objective
This course walks participants through the valuation tools and techniques used to estimate enterprise values and large-scale investments in power plants, refineries, and oil and gas development projects. The majority of the class features hands-on exercises using Excel and other add-in packages. The goal is gaining enough model-building and interpretation skills to become an intelligent consumer of models encountered when valuing projects and companies.
