Objective
This program addresses the three most critical steps in launching new products or services in established or start-up companies: how to grow product or service revenue by creating market centric products; how to fund the development of the new offering; and how to put team members in optimal positions to execute effectively.
This two-day course blends discussion and practical workshops that enable each attendee to walk away with the fundamental structure of a business plan. In order to get the most out of this program, attendees should come prepared with a new product or service idea to develop.
