Enrollment Process for MPA Short-Term International Programs

Program Codes and Policies

Fall Semester Lottery Process

Enrollment for the MPA Short-Term Programs is non-competitive and is managed via a randomized lottery process.

  1. It's highly recommended that you meet with your MPA academic advisor before you enroll in the program, in order to discuss any scheduling and credit implications.
  2. It's recommended that you either attend an information session, or make an appointment with the MPA SIP Program Coordinator, Maria Terrazas (CBA 2.400).
  3. Meet the minimum requirements set forth for each specific program. For program-specific requirements, please see specific programs page. Please note, meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
  4. Enter the MPA SIP Lottery. Learn more about the MPA Lottery System.
  5. Once you receive a placement message, you must complete the online enrollment form and submit supporting documents to complete enrollment within 48 hours.

Open Programs: MPA Hong Kong

To enroll, please follow steps below:

  1. It's highly recommended that you meet with your MPA academic advisor before you enroll in the program, in order to discuss any scheduling and credit implications.
  2. It's recommended that you either attend an information session, or make an appointment with the MPA SIP Program Coordinator, Maria Terrazas (CBA 2.400).
  3. Meet the minimum requirements set forth for each specific program. For program-specific requirements, please see that program's page. Please note, meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
  4. Complete Online Enrollment Form. Deadline to enroll is January 10, 2013
  5. Submit additional required documents to complete enrollment (required docs include print-out of online enrollment, e-receipt of deposit payment, signed program codes & policies, and passport-sized photo)
  6. Meet with your academic advisor and submit a completed Academic Advisor Approval Form no later than February 13, 2013
Please Note: Your enrollment will not be confirmed until all required documents (with exception of the advisor approval form) have been submitted to the BBA International Program Office.
