VIP Distinguished Speaker Series: Duff Stewart from GSD&M
On November 14, Mr. Duff Stewart, CEO and President of the advertising agency, GSD&M, participated in the VIP Distinguished Speaker Series, providing students with insights regarding leadership, academics, and life.
VIP Distinguished Speaker Series: John Donahoe from eBay
On October 24th, the CEO and President of eBay Inc. presented to a crowd of students, both from the McCombs School of Business and the College of Natural Science's Computer Science Department. This VIP Distinguished Speaker Series event showed the true passionate and down-to-earth personality of John Donahoe.
VIP Distinguished Speaker Series Ken Hicks
On October 23rd the CEO of Foot Locker, Inc., Ken Hicks, provided students with life lessons during the VIP Distinguished Speaker Series event, giving invaluable advice on stepping outside of comfort zones and learning about subjects students aren’t necessarily majoring in.
Faculty Research Presentation: Daniel Hamermesh
On October 15, Dr. Daniel Hamermesh from the Economics department was featured for a Faculty Research Presentation hosted by the Faculty Relations Committee, the Undergraduate Business Council, and the Liberal Arts Council. Dr. Hamermesh addressed questions about how people spend their time when they are not working.

On September 24, Dr. Andrew Gershoff from the Marketing department was featured for a Faculty Research Presentation in which he addressed why people say they will buy green, but do not follow through on that promise, and what we can do about this issue.
