To qualify for on-campus recruiting at McCombs, opportunities must align with certain requirements:

  • Positions offered, including internships, must be salaried
  • All roles offered, including internships, must be full-time positions (40 hours per week or more)
  • Positions should be professional in nature, requiring the possession or pursuit of a business degree
  • Third-party recruiting efforts are not appropriate for OCR
  • Recruiters must agree to our Recruiting Guidelines and UT's EEO Policy
