Speakers and Doctoral Students

The University of Texas will cover the cost of roundtrip coach class airfare and hotel accommodations (one night, Thursday) for speakers and doctoral students selected to attend this conference. These expenses must be direct billed to The University using the following methods.

Hotel reservations will be based on the information provided in your reply email to us. A separate email will be sent confirming your hotel arrangements. Cancellations must be received at least one business day prior to arrival by calling 512-471-5316.
