Courtney Leffall, MBA 2015
Courtney is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM and also holds six other professional licenses and designations within the financial services industry. Courtney recently accepted a full-time job offer from Austin-based investment manager, Dimensional Fund Advisors. Additionally, Courtney is the founder and CEO The Grillmobile, an Austin based company that manufactures BBQ grills that mount to the bed of your pickup truck. Courtney won the Texas Venture Labs Scholarship Competition based on his Grillmobile business idea and is the first ever TVL Scholar.
Rashna Gummattira, MBA 2015
Prior to attending McCombs, Rashna worked for the commercial aviation industry in revenue management, joint venture research and analysis, and alliances evaluation. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a specialization in Actuarial Science from The University of Texas at Austin and is originally from Katy, TX. Rashna’s concentration at McCombs is Business Analytics. She is the Events Chair for Sigma Fellows and is a member of McCombs Admissions Committee, Graduate Women in Business, and Indian Graduate Business Association.

Official Start & End of the Event
The official event starts at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2014. The event officially closes at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2014. All other events outside this time frame are optional.
If you registered for a class visit on Thursday, November 13, please arrive 15 minutes early to register and meet your student host in the Big Bend Conference Room in the MBA Program Office at the McCombs School of Business.

AT&T Executive Education & Conference Center Hotel

The hotel is located directly on campus and it's about a five-minute walk from the McCombs School of Business, where the Diversity Forum events will be held. More information about the hotel can be found at www.meetattexas.com.
The MBA program is pleased to cover the cost of your stay on Friday night. You will check in on Friday, November 14 and check out on Saturday, November 15. Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. You will be paired with a roommate also attending the Diversity Forum. All incidentals are the responsibility of the guest. If you would like to stay at the AT&T Center on the nights of Thursday, November 13, or Saturday, November 15, a block of rooms has been reserved under the name "Diversity Forum.” You must indicate this on your event registration form.
The University of Texas campus is located approximately 12 miles (20-30 minutes) from the Austin Bergstrom International Airport. Taxis are readily available at the airport and will cost about $25 to get from the airport to the UT Austin campus. Taxis are also available at the AT&T Center for transportation back to the airport. Travel and transportation expenses are not covered.
There will be no off-campus events during this Diversity Forum, however, if you prefer to have your own mode of transportation during your stay in Austin, here is a list of rental car companies at the Austin airport. Please note that the cost of parking is not covered at the AT&T Center and is the responsibility of the guest.
If you drive to campus and are staying at the AT&T Center, we recommend parking in the AT&T Conference Center Garage, which is located directly underneath the hotel. Overnight guests of the hotel may obtain a parking card at the front desk for garage parking at $14 per night. Valet parking is $14 per visit or $21 overnight, plus tax.
If you're driving to campus but not staying at the AT&T Center, you can also park in the Brazos Garage, which is located at the corner of Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and Brazos. Day parking (3-16 hours) at Brazos Garage costs $12. Overnight parking is $18.

If you can no longer attend the Diversity Forum, please email Diversity@mccombs.utexas.edu and let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to another applicant.
Forum session dress is business casual attire. Evening and social events are Austin casual! Austin weather can be unpredictable in the fall, but around early November is light jacket weather.
