McCombs invites applications to the Exchange Program from nominated students attending our partner institutions. Students interested in attending McCombs on exchange for one semester must complete the nomination process at their home institution prior to submitting an application to McCombs.

Fall Exchange (August - December): April 1
Spring Exchange (January - May): October 1

Deadline for Completion of On-line Application & Submission of Documents
Fall Exchange: April 15
Spring Exchange: October 15

How to Apply

Applicants must complete the Exchange application process at their home institutions and be nominated to McCombs.

Once you have been nominated to McCombs, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on completing the on-line Exchange Application.

Supporting Documents

The following documents should be submitted via email to the MBA International Exchange Coordinator.

1. Current Resume or Curriculum Vitae.
2. Photo.

The following documents should be uploaded to https://utdirect.utexas.edu/ogs/forms/supp_docs.WBX

3. An original, official transcript of the university coursework you have completed (upload the transcript as a single PDF).
4. Certification of Financial Responsibility Form (.pdf) with required financial support documentation. Financial support documentation can include certification by your bank.

Please note that the University of Texas’ International Office is the office that will issue your official acceptance letter and DS 2019 form that is required for your student visa.
