CPA Success

CPA candidates from The University of Texas at Austin typically have pass rates much higher than the statewide average overall and on any given part of the Uniform Certified Public Accounting examination. Our students’ pass rates also tend to exceed the national averages. In fact, several of our students have received the prestigious American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Sells Award for earning the highest cumulative scores on the four sections of the exam on their first attempt. The Texas MPA curriculum lays a solid educational foundation for the CPA exam.
