When you have a laptop to plug in there is a port next to the VHS deck. It has a power outlet, an audio port, an Ethernet port, and a VGA port.
When the notebook is plugged in the VGA port the projector will automatically switch to the notebook port and disable the projection of the built-in computer.
Ethernet and video cables for any computer desk in the Business school may be purchased by departments or individuals at the CBA Media Services office (GSB 3.128) or you may check one out for the duration of your class.
