Service Desk (SWAT Shop)

Important!

  • Are you having problems logging into Outlook Web Access?  Is your machine telling you that your password will expire, but then it won't let you change it?  You can fix this by going to https://idmanager.its.utexas.edu/eid_self_help/.  Click on the UT EID link, log in with your UT EID, then you will have the option to change your password to something new.

  • Under no circumstances should any antivirus software be installed on your notebook if you already have one installed.  Having multiple antivirus software packages on your notebook will severely affect performance and may render your notebook unusable.  If you absolutely must install new antivirus software, be certain to uninstall the old software prior to installing the new one.  UT's latest available antivirus software can be downloaded at https://ut.service-now.com/utss/catalogoverview.do?sysparam_citems_id=828cb0a34fa69e0031eb7bcd0210c735 (Remember to uninstall your current antivirus software first!).

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • Saturday and Sunday closed
