McCombs School Leads New Initiative to Increase Women in Business Leadership

The new national organization is an alliance of educational institutions, businesses and non-profits collaborating to increase awareness of business education and careers among young women, to increase the pipeline of women entering business, and to support the careers of women. Learn more.

UTBN Events Offer Networking Opportunities for Alumni Seeking New Employment

The University of Texas Business Network regularly holds events in several U.S. cities to provide the opportunity for alumni to network and participate in presentations on industry/career-related topics. On November 7, almost 200 Austin alumni interested in upgrading their current jobs or finding new jobs gathered at the University of Texas Club to develop their networking skills. BHP Connects with Alumni Through Events and Scholarship Campaign

In an effort to reconnect with alumni, the Business Honors Program is hosting events in Austin, Boston, Dallas, Houston, New York, and San Francisco. Save the Date for Class of 1952 50-Year and Class of 1977 25-Year Reunions!

The Class of 1952 is invited to a 50-Year Reunion on April 11-12 and the Class of 1977 is invited to a 25-Year Reunion on March 1-2. This third annual campus-wide open house draws thousand of visitors from all over Texas. Each UT college showcases what it does best through a variety of fun and educational activities. The McCombs School features a stock-market trading game in the EDS Trading Center, career panels and information sessions for prospective students, and other business-related games and presentations.
