McCombs School Announces 2002 Hall of Fame Inductees The McCombs School will induct The Honorable Linnet F. Deily, The Honorable Donald L. Carpenter Family Donation Creates MBA Student Leadership Center A $1 million donation from the Ben H. Carpenter family has funded the creation of a 4,100 square-foot leadership center for MBA students. Read the press release. Research News is Now Available On-Line The latest issue of Research News includes a feature on the Marketing Department’s research and CIBER’s receipt of a $1.5 million grant. Read more... Business Honors Senior Awarded Truman Scholarship Alexandra Chirinos, a senior BHP/Finance/Plan II student from Corpus Christi, has been awarded the prestigious Truman Scholarship. Chirinos has been instrumental in establishing the first Texas chapter of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. Read about her efforts and the award.
