BBA Career Advising Team
McCombs offers you an enhanced Career Services Team exclusive to undergraduate business students! A team of six Career Advisors offer dedicated services for every major, the Business Honors program and for students interested in Pre-Law. This team empowers business students to reach their full potential! With strong industry involvement, prestigious and innovative programs, you can develop a network literally around the world. Attending a four-year business school offers you a real advantage.
Recruitment Services Team
Our Recruitment Services Team includes five industry specialists who manage over 15,000 interviews on campus with approximately 1,400 interviews for internship positions and assist employers with building and executing a strong recruiting strategy. Our state of the art multi-million dollar Ford Career Interview Center has 43 private interviewing suites, with nearby changing rooms and suit lockers so that students can dress for on-campus recruiting. Resume Books are created every semester for recruiters to search out new talent. Employers are beginning to create internships for underclassmen. Our students get noticed and are making an impression!

BA 101: Career Planning Strategies
Gain the knowledge to take ownership of your career! Taught by your Career Advisors, transfer students attend the fall semester and all freshmen in the spring semester. This course teaches students how to write resumes and professional correspondence while developing teamwork skills and confidence. Guest lecturers include professors who decipher the different majors and career paths. Upperclassman in the role of Peer Career Mentors share their internship experiences, their career-preparation journeys and offer suggestions about how to develop the skills employers seek.

BBA Women’s Council
