CIBER Summer Study Abroad Scholarship

The CIBER Summer Study Abroad Scholarship provides financial assistance to deserving students who are studying abroad through the CIBER-sponsored Summer Study Abroad Programs.  Awards are based on merit and financial need. Students should not rely solely on this scholarship for funding. Awards typically range from $1,000 to $2,000 per scholarship. The number of scholarship awards and amounts distributed each year varies.

Eligibility

  • Open to students going on one the 2008 CIBER-sponsored

need to be enrolled in the program at the time of submitting the
    scholarship application.

  • Students must have a GPA of 3.00 or better.

  • Students must have financial need (i.e. on financial aid).

Application

The application consists of a basic online application, several essay questions, a listing of your honors and awards, resume, recommendation letters, and basic financial information about yourself and the program.  To access this scholarship application and others click here for the GLOBAL A$$IST website.
