Public Parking is available in the Palmer Events Center Parking Garage located between Riverside Drive, South First Street and Barton Springs Road just south of Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin.

A voucher for free parking at the Palmer Events Center Garage will be sent via e-mail to all meeting participants. Please present the voucher to the parking attendant when entering the parking garage.
The Texas Union
Parking for The Texas Union is being provided at no cost at the Co-op Parking Garage. The garage gates will be open from 7-8 am and 2:30-3:15 pm. Participants arriving or departing outside these times will need to explain their presence to the attendee on duty. Participants must park on the 4th Floor or above.

Hotel
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Doubletree Club Hotel Austin at 1617 North IH-35. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 512-479-4000, requesting the “UT/McCombs Sustainability Symposium” group rate of $139. The deadline to reserve hotel rooms is April 23, 2008.
