Diversity in Business

One of the first of its kind at a top public business school, Diversity in Business is a pioneer school-wide initiative at the McCombs School aimed at providing pipeline admissions activities, diversity awareness programming and increased scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students. Through a partnership of the schools' academic program offices and the support of Diversity in Business corporate partners, students have the opportunity to participate in programs designed to attract, retain and develop a culturally diverse student population. Initiatives focus on student community-building, mentoring and coaching for first-generation college students, leadership panels and professional networking.

We invite corporations to partner with us to support the Diversity in Business Program at one of three levels: $30,000, $15,000 or $5,000. Your financial assistance and leadership will allow the McCombs School to develop mentoring programs, student initiatives and provide infrastructure and scholarships to BBA, MPA and MBA students. In return, corporate partners are given the opportunity to increase visibility and actively engage with a diverse student population at the McCombs School. Support extends beyond a financial commitment and offers companies the chance to connect with students early on and make a meaningful difference in their lives through mentoring, career guidance, leadership development and more.
