Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Criteria:

1. Demonstrated outstanding contributions to human betterment and to society in general by their exemplary human, civic, educational, and philanthropic activities.
2. Demonstrated outstanding professional contributions to the business community.
3. Be an alum, ex-student, former McCombs School faculty, and/or a truly outstanding and long-term supporter of the McCombs School or The University of Texas at Austin.
4. Demonstrated high personal traits of morality, integrity, and citizenship.
5. Demonstrated an effective and long-time leadership role.
6. Possess a high level of competence, accomplishment, and expertise in at least one area.
7. Demonstrated originality and creativity over a reasonable period of time.
8. Demonstrated concern and contribution to broadly based social causes with a strong people orientation.
9. Established a positive overall citizenship role over an extended period of time.

Nominations must be received by October 17, 2008 to be considered for the 2008-09 awards.
