Only bagged or boxed meals allowed with prior approval from the McCombs School Business Affairs Office with the submission of a signed copy of the Notification Form: On/Off Campus Food Preparation for On Campus Distribution.
An UT Account # is required. All rooms booked by Business Affairs require a cleaning deposit or account guarantee. The fee will only be assessed if the room is not cleaned, or if it is damaged. There is no charge for using the room and the equipment itself, but we do collect line charges for conferencing should they occur. Conference room charge policy.
