Michael Williamson received his BS in accounting from Louisiana State University in 1996, his MS in information systems from Carnegie Mellon University in 1998, and his Ph.D. in accounting from Indiana University in 2005. His research interests include issues surrounding the design of performance evaluation and reward systems within organizations. Professor Williamson is the recipient of numerous honors and awards, including being named to the Faculty Honor Roll for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching in 2006 and receiving the Honors Business Association Professor Award in 2007.
