Civil Engineering Block Option
Civil engineering is the discipline responsible for the design, construction, and operation of physical works and facilities used by the public such as factories, high-rise buildings, and bridges. It is responsible for city and regional planning including the layout and construction of highways and pipelines.
The ERB faculty advisor recommends that ERB majors with an
civil block option take the following set of courses. Students may also create their own course sets based on those listed on the degree plan; however, this course set have been designed to have the fewest number of prerequisites and the best grouping of applicable coursework.
