CS 307 - Foundations of Computer Science
Data types, data structures, algorithms, functions and recursion; abstraction and encapsulation.
Prerequisites: MIS 304 & CS department permission or CS 303E.

CS 315 - Algorithms and Data Structures
Basic data structures (stacks, queues, lists, priority queues, trees, binary search trees, graphs, sets). Recursion, efficient sorting and searching algorithms, hashing, multithreaded programs.
Prerequisites: CS 307 & credit or registration for PHL 313K.

*PHL 313K - Symbolic Logic
(or choose PHL 312 if the requirements for upper division non-business electives has been filled)

*SOC 353 - Industrial Sociology
Good coverage of work place issues.

*CMS 316L - Interviewing Principles and Practice
Good for improving investigation skills for system analysts.

*EDP 369K.1 - Career Planning
Prerequisite: Upper division standing.

*ECO 420K - Microeconomic Theory. 
Good business rules course.
