U.S. News Ranks McCombs MBA #17 in U.S.

U.S. News and World Report released their latest graduate school ranking on April 4. The McCombs MBA placed #17 in the national survey. Business Honors Program (BHP) Class of 2003 Collects over $10,000 in Pledges

The 2003 BHP Make a Mark Campaign was a great success! The Class of 2003 collected over $10,000 in pledges from students, faculty, and staff to fund a student scholarship. Nearly 50% of the class contributed to this worthwhile endeavor. Read more

Beyond the Hedge: MBAs Explore One of Finance’s Most Secretive Enclaves

An air of mystery tends to surround hedge funds. So perhaps it is not surprising that more than 150 students and finance professionals from across the country gathered in Austin on March 28 to learn more about the industry at the inaugural Texas MBA Hedge Fund Symposium. McCombs Undergraduates will Attend LeaderShape National Institute

Three students from the McCombs School of Business will be chosen to attend the PepsiCo Foundation LeaderShape® Institute for Business Students during the summer. The program promotes strong personal values in school, community activities, and the work place. Learn more about the program.

It’s Not Too Late to Register for Class of 1953 50-Year Reunion!

The Class of 1953 is invited to a 50-Year Reunion on April 24-25. The McCombs School will host a reception and tour as part of the Texas Exes schedule of campus-wide activities. BBAs Crowned “King of McCombs” in the First BBA vs. MBA Flag Football Challenge

After three intense games, the BBAs came out on top as the “King of McCombs” in this new annual competition. The BBAs won both the all-female and co-ed games with the MBAs handily winning the all-male game. The BBAs will have the “King of McCombs” trophy until next year! See the photos
