Undergraduate Business Council Plans Student Empowerment Conference

More than 150 student leaders and faculty from over 20 of the top undergraduate business programs in the nation will gather in November for the McCombs Student Empowerment Conference (MSEC). Accounting Professor Jack Robertson Retires After 33 Years on Faculty

MSIS Portal Connects Companies and Students

By using this new interactive and user-friendly portal, companies can easily submit proposals for MSIS class projects, giving both BBA and MBA students valuable experience solving real-world business problems. Business Honors Graduate Challenges Fellow Alumni

Robert Buchholz, a 1982 graduate of the Business Honors Program (BHP), has announced a challenge gift of $50,000 to the BHP Excellence Fund. Buchholz will match all alumni gifts to the fund dollar for dollar up to $50,000. Read more about the challenge and about the BHP Excellence Fund.

Roundtable to Help Stakeholders Capitalize on Mobile Technologies

Aiming to build an international network of global researchers, practitioners, and policy makers in the mobile communication and computing industries, the McCombs School will host the third annual Mobility Roundtable in Austin in March 2004. Participants in the conference will exchange research and knowledge about best practices for different mobile modes of business and will includes professors, PhD candidates, Fortune 500 companies, and hardware and software firms.
