Wayport and Verizon Wireless Announce Wi-Fi Roaming Agreement 

Wayport, a provider of Wi-Fi (802.11b) wireless and wired high-speed Internet access, announced a roaming agreement with Verizon Wireless that will enable Verizon Wireless customers to access Wayport's nationwide Wi-Fi wireless network. Wayport will provide Wi-Fi access to Verizon Wireless customers in Wayport-enabled hotels, airports and retail locations and also assist in providing network monitoring and technical support. Wayport has Wi-Fi roaming agreements with Verizon Wireless, AT&T Wireless, Sprint PCS, MCI, iPass, GRIC and Boingo.
