About Our Programs

Texas Executive Education Programs

Texas Executive Education Programs are especially designed for working professionals, managers, leaders, and executives who strive for professional and personal growth. Our programs strengthen the leadership and intellectual capacity of individuals and provide valuable learning for their organizations. We have created a flexible structure from which you can choose. Participants can enroll in the Open Enrollment Programs, the General Management Certificate (GMC) Program, or our Institute for Managerial Leadership (IML).

Open Enrollment Programs

These programs are offered year-round in areas such as Organization, People, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, and Operational Excellence. All specific courses are listed on our Program Calendar. Open Enrollment programs are offered on an ongoing basis to facilitate schedules and allow you to gain valuable knowledge without interrupting your careers.

General Management Certificate (GMC) Program

The General Management Certificate Program is designed to give business professionals the opportunity to build a highly-effective development program focusing on your specific career-enhancing needs. The program’s flexible schedule and high-impact learning allows you a convenient way to remain competitive in your field and a vital contributor to your organization. The General Management Certificate consists of 2 required "core" courses and 3 elective courses that may be taken in any order. Institute for Managerial Leadership (IML)

The Institute for Managerial Leadership features a comprehensive program structure offering classes in various business topics such as: Leadership, Strategy, Marketing, and Finance. It provides you with a balanced portfolio of courses to gain the highest intellectual impact in a diversity of business disciplines. The IML structure is a multi-disciplinary curriculum consisting of 6 core modules. The most current modules are listed on the IML page.
