Business Valuation
Description
This course walks participants through the valuation techniques used
to estimate enterprise values as well as large-scale investments in
power plants, refineries, and oil and gas development projects. Moreover,
we consider the value creation motives for the growing interest of private
equity firms in electric power companies.
