Description

This program would focus on the legal, regulatory and political risks attendant to investment in, and development of, energy projects, including upstream and downstream oil and gas investments and electric generation of transmission facilities. In addition, this program would extend to the legal and regulatory issues surrounding the restructuring of electric and gas markets and energy trading.
