How to close major projects and programs
Our state-of-the art curriculum is built upon an integrated, scalable stage-gate approach to project management. This decision-driven framework requires the manager to address the changing nature of the relevant business questions as the project progresses through each phase. Professional Development Units (PDUs) and Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Participants earn 14 PDUs and/or 1.4 CEUs for each completed course.
Participants earn 84 PDUs and/or 8.4 CEUs for the entire certificate series.
A certificate of completion will be presented at the end of each course. Upon completion of the certificate series, you will receive a framed Project Management Certificate from Texas Executive Education, McCombs School of Business, and a complimentary one-year membership in the Texas Exes.
