Business in Chile and Marketing in Chile Lectures

Andres shared some valuable insights regarding today’s consumer market in Chile.  Andres’ lecture was especially relevant to our project.  (Rosanna)

Afternoon

Concha y Toro visit and tour

The winery is located out in one of the valleys to the south.  The tour was one of the most interesting wine tours I’d been on.  They walked us around the property, stopping at picturesque locations to taste the various wines produced.  We tasted the grapes right off the vines and learned about the history of the winery  (Kristen)

The tour of Concha y Toro was incredible.  From the moment we arrived and took the group picture under the Concha y Toro, I was so excited to begin the tour.  We learned about a few different wines as we toured the grounds.  It was fun to learn about the “Castilliero del Diablo” invented by Concha y Toro managers to prevent workers from stealing wine from the cellars. (Rosanna)
