Lenore M. Sullivan was appointed Lecturer at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and Associate Director for the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center in August 2002. 

Ms. Sullivan received her B.A. in economics and government, with a minor in urban studies, from Smith College, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.  She has held professional positions in the real estate, investment banking, and private equity industries during her career.  Ms. Sullivan served as Vice President for Hunt Private Equity Group, Inc. from 2000-2002, where she was a partner in the Lafayette Investment Fund, a private equity fund specializing in middle market corporate buyouts.  She was the founder and co-owner of Stonegate Advisors, Inc., a boutique investment banking and consulting firm.  Ms. Sullivan has also served as CFO of Canizaro Interests; Corporate VP - Finance at Wyndham Hotel Company; Partner, Trammell Crow Company; and, financial analyst, Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc.

Currently, Ms. Sullivan sits on the investment committee and is a Charter Investor of the Texas Women Ventures Fund (www.texaswomenventures.com).  She is a partner in Republic Holdings Texas, L.P., an Austin and Texas based investment fund.  Ms. Sullivan was elected to the board of Parkway Properties, Inc. in 2003 and serves on the board's audit committee as well as the corporate governance and nominating committee.  She is also a full member of the Urban Land Institute; a member of the executive council of Austin's ULI District Council; a member of the Pension Real Estate Association; and a member of the Advisory Board of Capstone Partners, a boutique placement firm focused on raising institutional capital for venture and private equity funds.
