Mark your calendars now for the Staff Holiday Party on Tuesday, December 11! As always, the party will include a luncheon, auction, and entertainment, as well as activities leading up to the party! Check back frequently for updates.

 Charity Drive

We’re proud to continue our annual tradition of giving during this time of celebration. Between November 19 – December 7, bring your monetary or material donations to benefit the Capital Area Food Bank, Animal Trustees of Austin, or UT's Staff Emergency Fund. Information about what items are most needed will be posted around the school and can be found on the Charity Drive page of this site. In return for your donation, you’ll receive Gau Tickets that you can use to purchase items at the silent auction, live auction, or enter in the raffle!  You can also buy Gau Tickets the day of the event.

 Auction and Raffle

The day of the party, use your Gau tickets to bid on your favorite silent auction item, or save them up and bid on the high ticket prizes in the live auction!  You can also use your Gau tickets for the Raffle.

 Door Decorating Contest

Put your creative talents to work decorating your department’s door or creating a display for the holidays! Your design can be in the theme of the party of simply have a holiday theme. Fill out the form on the Contest page, to participate.

 Recipe Books

As part of our theme, the Holiday Committee is printing Recipe book favors, with McCombs' staff recipes and traditions.  Please submit your favorite holiday recipe and/or tradition by using this form.

 Activities

This year we'll have a McCombs Photo Booth.  Come as you are, dress in the provided props and capture a memory on film.  We'll also be having a Festive Holiday Sweater Contest.  Come dressed in your most festive attire.  The best, most outrageous, sweater will win a prize!

 Secret Bevo

Would you like to brighten someone’s work day? Join our secret gift exchange, Secret Bevo! You’ll secretly deliver 3 small gifts to your match anytime between December 3 and December 7. Then on December 10, you’ll give a slightly larger gift at the final gift swap when your match learns who you are! And did we mention, you’ll have a Secret Bevo delivering gifts to you?  Fill out this form on the Secret Bevo page, if you want to participate.

The "Home for the Holidays" theme is to remind us that the holiday season is a time to spend with family and loved ones.  The Holiday Party Committee hopes you have an especially great time this year.
