Right-click on your PC desktop and select "Properties." The Display Properties box should appear, and clicking on the Settings tab will take you to a screen where you can set your Screen Area to 1024 x 768. Clicking on the Advanced button and Monitor tab will take you to the screen below where you can set your Refresh Frequency to 60 hertz.
