The Master in Professional Accounting ("MPA") at The University of Texas at Austin is a "partnership," founded upon four pillars of excellence:

The MPA provides students with the requisite skills not only for public accounting, but also,

It lays the educational foundation for the CPA exam, which most MPA students take and pass on the first sitting. Through its various sponsored events, it gives students the opportunity to interact with prominent members of the business community.
