at least three days
prior to Commencement activities.

BBA and MBA Ceremonies at the Erwin Center
Mobility-impaired
patrons may enter the Erwin
Center on the west side of the
building from Red River. Take the
elevator up to the third or forth
level. On the third level,
mobility-impaired seating is at
the top of the arena sections; on
the forth level there is seating
on the 3rd row as you enter the
seating area. Both areas can be
accessed without having to climb
stairs. Should you need
assistance, please contact any
usher in the seating areas and
they will be happy to assist you.

For information on services for the University-wide ceremony on Saturday evening, please call, Equal Opportunity Services, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at (512) 471-1849. On Saturday, May 22 information is available by calling the University Police Department at (512) 471-4441 or by TDD (512) 471-4777. While every effort will be made, the University may be unable to fulfill last-minute requests. A reserved seating section for guests with hearing impairments will be available near the stage on the southwest corner. An interpreter will be provided. In addition, a limited number of wheelchairs will be available to help transport those with mobility issues to and from their seats. Those requiring wheelchairs for the duration of a Commencement program should plan on making their own accommodations prior to arriving on campus.
