The Business Across Borders academy focuses on effective
communication with companies, customers, suppliers, partners and
employees in different countries and regions. These skills are
essential for international marketing, business development,
operations, finance, and human resource management functions.
More on McCombs Plus
Plus is a two-week professional development program that
happens in the middle of each semester of the McCombs MBA
Program. Regular classes stop to that students can work with
faculty and other advisors on small-scale consulting projects
that connect them with potential employers, nonprofit
organizations, and other professional partners. While working on
their projects, students take part in communication skills
workshops that prepare them to present their findings and
recommendations to their clients.
