1. Detailed
Journal

2. Internship Documentation Form

At the completion of the
internship, each employer must
complete an
Internship
Documentation Form. This form will
document hours worked and projects
performed. It will include a space
for an assessment of the student's
work, which the supervisor may
complete at his or her company's
discretion.

Your Internship supervisor is to complete this form and return it
to you in a sealed envelope. It is advisable that this form be obtained from the supervisor on the last day on the internship.

3. Term Paper
-
A final paper
is due the last week of class in
the long semester for which the
student is registered. A
typewritten, double-spaced, ten
pages, hard copy of the final
paper. This final paper will
detail the student's internship
experience (projects performed,
the skills developed, and the
learning acquired both technically
and professionally), and its
impact on the student's career
plans.
