CIBER Network Praised in NRC Report

The National Academies recently released a report: International Education and Foreign Languages: Keys to Securing America’s Future” in which the National Research Council reviewed the effectiveness of the Fulbright-Hays program and the Title VI programs of the Higher Education Act, the source of funding for the 31 CIBERs. The executive summary states: “The CIBERs have created a network for sharing information and learning from each others’ experiences that is a model for the other Title VI/FH programs.”
